To help the shoot go smoothly, please keep the following in mind:

Access:
We will need access to walk around the building or property to check for obstacles and ensure safe drone operation.

Safety:
While photos are being captured, we ask that everyone remain inside the building or under a roof whenever possible. This helps keep everyone safe while the drone is in operation.

Rescheduling:
One client-requested reschedule is allowed if needed. Additional changes may require a new booking.

Weather:
If conditions are not safe for flying, we may move the shoot to the nearest available day. Weather-related changes do not count toward your reschedule limit.

Flight Restrictions:
All drone flights must follow FAA regulations and local airspace restrictions. Some locations may require FAA approval before flying.

Service Disclaimer:

Turnaround Time:
Most photo reports are delivered within 24–48 hours after the shoot unless otherwise noted.

Payments:
Payments are non-refundable once scheduled, as time and availability are reserved specifically for your project.
